Chloé Orsini

Strategy Associate

Chloé Orsini is part of the MedAccess Strategy Working Group, currently focused on defining the organisation’s medium-term strategy.

Chloé’s role includes overseeing the project’s workplan, facilitating alignment and socialisation to internal and external stakeholders, and supporting workstream leads in driving analysis and answering key questions in their respective focus areas. Focus areas include: assessing pressing global health challenges, refining MedAccess’ value proposition, and building strategic partnerships and internal capabilities.

Prior to joining MedAccess, Chloé was a Consultant at Bain & Company, where she worked across strategy, private equity, and operations. She supported energy and healthcare clients on high-impact projects, including investment case development, market expansion strategies, and ESG initiatives. She has also helped several non-profit organisations redefine their strategic goals and develop concrete roadmaps to implement their strategy.

Passionate about global health and innovation, Chloé is particularly interested in the intersection of technology and access to healthcare. She developed this interest through placements at medical research institutions, as well as a med-tech start-up focused on turning cutting-edge vital sign monitoring into automated, user-friendly devices for overworked hospital staff.

Chloé holds a Masters in Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College. Her academic experience includes a Masters thesis on continuous blood pressure monitoring, as well as leading engineering projects in robotics and medical technology.
