Anne Akrawi
Interim HR Director
As Interim HR Director, Anne is works across the full HR spectrum – from talent acquisition and performance management to employee engagement, learning and development and policy.
Over the course of her career, Anne has led high-performing HR teams of 25+ across global organisations, with a strong track record in developing talent, delivering complex change and driving strategic HR initiatives. Anne has led large-scale restructures, M&A integrations, and organisation-wide change programs, while coaching senior leaders and designing global frameworks for pay, performance and talent.
Anne holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management and BSc (Hons) Law with Sociology, with a focus on employment law. Anne also holds a Fellowship with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, awarded in 2021 in recognition of her senior HR leadership experience. In addition, Anne has completed a degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling, which complements her people-focused approach to leadership. She is also certified in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace.
