Samantha Gallagher
Head of HR
Samantha Gallagher is Head of HR at MedAccess and is responsible for all aspects of the organisation’s people strategy, including organisational development, talent, employee relations, leadership support and culture.
Samantha is an experienced senior HR leader with a strong track record of partnering with leadership teams to support organisational growth, change and performance. She has worked across the full employee lifecycle in commercial and purpose-led environments, leading HR through periods of change, transformation and business growth.
Before joining MedAccess, Samantha held a senior leadership role at MPA Group, where she partnered with leaders across a broad range of people and organisational priorities. She has also worked in fast-paced and evolving environments, leading strategic people initiatives while remaining closely connected to day-to-day operational delivery.
Samantha holds a postgraduate qualification in Business Administration and is CIPD qualified. She has continued to invest in her professional development throughout her career, with a particular interest in leadership effectiveness, workplace culture and helping organisations scale sustainably.
