MedAccess was today named in the prestigious Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 list. The list celebrates the UK’s top employers, showcasing organisations that are leading the way in employee engagement, workplace culture and overall employee experience.
As one of 195 companies selected in the small places to work category, MedAccess posted an average staff engagement score of 87%, with 97% of colleagues reporting that they believe they do something worthwhile at work.
The list is compiled based on an employee survey developed and administered by WorkL. MedAccess was rated excellent across all six key workplace happiness dimensions: reward and recognition, information sharing, empowerment, wellbeing, instilling pride, and job satisfaction.

This year’s Best Places to Work features 567 organisations across industries, split into 28 Best Very Big Places to Work, 126 Best Big Places to Work, 218 Best Medium Places to Work, and 195 Best Small Places to Work.
It also highlights the best workplaces for women, the LGBTQIA+ community, disabled employees, ethnic minorities, younger and older workers, and those where staff enjoy the highest rates of wellbeing.
